Abstract: | Food affects human nature to a great extent. Food and nutrients chosen by humans affect their mental health. Nutrients present in food have positive and negative effects on a person's mental health. Specific nutrients are cognitive of personality. Affect processes and emotions, mainly in patients with mental development, omega-3 deficiency and other nutrients are found.The main objective of the present study is to critically study various researches showing the relationship between food and mental partner, to find out how food and mental health are related and how food affects mental disorders. |
