| Abstract: | A cobalt-catalyzed combinatorial synthesis of various β-phenylisoserinederivatives is described. This methodology is applied to a one-pot synthesis of pyrrolidine- containing α-hydroxyamidecore structure β-phenylisoserine-valinedipeptide isostere and α-acetyl- or α-hydroxyethyl- β -amino acid derivatives. |
