| Abstract: | Cyclopentadienyl (Cp) complexes of uranium(IV) with fluorinated ligands (L), where L=CH3COCHCOCF (TFAA), C4H3SCOCHCOCF (TTA), CF3COCHCOCF(HFAA), C3HF6O- (HFP) and C3H3F4O- (TFP) have been prepared and characterised by elemental analysis, infrared, 19FNMR and mass spectral techniques. Vapour pressure of UCp(TFAA)3 has been measured by transpiration method in the temperature range 303-377 K. |
