Abstract: | An experiment was conducted in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh to find out the anaemic patients as per their blood groups in tuberculosis affected population. Out of the 994 T.B. affected patients, 568 (57.14%) were the male whereas 426 (42.85%) were female. In males blood group of l4l (24.82%) persons was '0' of 203 (35.74%) persons was 'A', of 188 (33.10%) persons was 'B' and of 36 (6.34%) persons was 'AB'. In female group blood group of 129 (30.28%) persons was 'A', of l02 (23.94%) persons was 'B', of l63 (38.26%) persons was '0' and of 32 (7.51) persons was 'AB'. By the blood of these patients study of haemoglobin and R.B.C was carried out. The male patients who were having '0' blood group were Jound highly anaemic, i.e. 58 (41.15%) whereas in female patients, who were having 'B' blood group were found highly anaemic i.e. 33 (7.74). |
