Abstract: Today the advancement of construction industries is very rapid. The method of building construction and their plan for construction makes adverse impact on environment. According to a research, construction industries are the third largest energy consumer sector. Due to growth of construction industries as well as urbanization, the global earth temperature rises that means global warming. Besides this the construction ingredient is also responsible for degradation of environment. The main impact by construction sectors on environment are: air, water and noise pollution. In this sector air pollution is due to the land digging, running of diesel engine, disintegration of buildings etc. Particulate matter (PM-10) generated by ingredients of construction, which causes health effect such as respiratory disease, asthma, bronchitis, cancer etc. The sources of noise pollution are due to continuous running of heavy vehicles and equipments on the construction site, they cause loss of hearing, high blood pressure, insomnia and stress. Noise pollution can affect animals natural process. Thus, construction materials are very much harmful for environment but they are important for the development of nation. However, this measure should not be manipulated with natural resources. The crisis of human existence should not occur.
