Abstract: Cultivation of soybean on vast scale, deserves consideration primarily by virtue of its nutritional contents and yield improvement to be a viable oilseed on global benchmark. Using IPNM  approach, comprising of soil conditioner,3 biofertilizers and plant growth regulators, factorial randomized block design was conceived for, experimental purpose to determine the combination of inputs that afforded maximum output. The performance of experimental design was monitored by estimating the yield of soybean seeds, its oil and protein content as also fodder and their value addition for nutrition. By each parameter, it has been demonstrated that IPNM approach has inherent  strength to improve the yield of soyhean, fodder as well as quality of oil.
