| Abstract: | The reaction of 2-bromopropenones 3 with 3-substituted-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles 4 result in the formation of novel 3-substituted-6-(3-arylsydnonyl)-8-aryl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b] [1,3,4] thiadiazepines 5. Formation of 5 was confirmed by analytical and spectral data. The new compounds have been screened for their anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anthelmintic activities. |
