| Abstract: | This paper deals with process patent infringement issues about which Indian exporter of bulk drugs and formulations should be aware of, to avoid infringement. The infringement issues are discussed with respect to Process Patent Acts of a few industrialized countries. The Process Patent Acts of two leading countries viz. USA and UK are interpreted with reference to case studies. |
