Abstract: The wrap spinning has the advantage of using coarser fibres for finer yarns in addition to its superiority in production and yarn quality. This paper discusses the structure and properties of wrap spun yarns and identifies areas that need researchers’ attention to have a better understanding of the applications of these yarns.
