| Abstract: | Five salts of
dichloroanilinium chloride (DCACl) were prepared and characterised by elemental
and spectral studies. Thermal decomposition of these salts was investigated by
simultaneous TG-DTG-DTA and isothermal TG. Kinetic parameters have been
evaluated from the model fitting and model free isoconversional methods. It has
been observed that simultaneous sublimation/decomposition processes are
involved during the thermal decomposition of DCACl. |
