Abstract: Whole grains have been reported to lower blood pressure, but results have been mixed. During a study carried over at Diet & Health Promotion Laboratory, Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center, Agricultural Research Service, USA report comparison on the effects of soluble and insoluble fibers on blood pressure in a whole grain diet.
