| Abstract: |
Traditional
methods of treatment using plants and animals are predominant in rural
societies of Meghalaya, a north-eastern state of India. As a result of an
ethnobotanical survey conducted during 1999-2002, information on 46 such plant
species belonging to 44 genera and 34 families are presented.
