Abstract: The synthesis of the polycrystalline Fe1-xMnxSb2 alloys for 0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.2 has been investigated. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) patterns of three specimens revealed the formation of single phase orthorhombic crystal structure. Lattice parameters and unit cell volume increase with the increase in Mn concentration. 57Fe Mössbauer spectra measured for all the three specimens at 300K were analyzed in terms of a single quadrupole split doublet revealing paramagnetic character at this temperature.
