| Abstract: | Porous silicon nanostructures have been
generated using laser assisted etching (photochemical etching). The shape and
size of the nanostructures obtained, depend on the wavelength used. The
dependence of Raman shift and photoluminescence on the shape and size of
nanostructures was studied. |
