Abstract: This study explores use of regression analysis (RA) and harmonic search algorithm (HSA) for optimization of process parameters of steel bars produced by Tempcore process. Nonlinear RA with logarithmic transformation was applied in developing empirical model. HSA was then applied to optimize influential process parameters.
