Abstract: This study suggests a hybrid approach integrating fuzzy Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct a technology evaluation and decision-making model for emerging technology of organic light emitting diode (OLED). OLED display industry of Taiwan has occupied third position in global market since 2005. Strategic and managerial suggestions were drawn for related policy makers.
