Abstract: A series of quinolino-isoquinolines <b style="">6</b> have been synthesized involving six synthetic steps and bioevaluated for their possible antimicrobial activity against <i style="">K. pneumoniae, E. coli, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, C. albicans, C. neoformans, S. schenkii, T. mentagrophyte, A. flavus </i>and<i style=""> C. paraplosis.</i>
