| Abstract: | A variety of chiral tridentate and tetradentate ligands, related to each other through stereoelectronic relationship have been synthesized. Homochiral diols and amino alcohols have been used for this purpose. Titanium complexes of these ligands have been prepared and examined for enantioselective pinacol coupling reaction. |
