Abstract: | To assess the information evaluation skills of social science researchers, data was collected using questionnaires from 520 respondents belonging to 4 universities in Delhi. Analysis of data shows that 66.9% of researchers had information evaluation skills (IES). Among the institutions studied, researchers from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and those from the field of economics, and those respondents having less than one-year research experience were found to have a higher level of information evaluation skills. |
