| Abstract: | A novel monolithic CuO-CeO2 catalyst has been prepared and tested for catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds as a model reaction. The catalyst exhibits high catalytic activity in ethyl acetate and CO oxidation. The interaction between CeO2 and CuO may be responsible for the catalytic activity. |
