Based on the existing research results of marine ecosystem in China, this research establishes the indexes system on evaluating marine ecological health and uses the analytic hierarchy process to weight each of the existing indicators. The results show that the restoration ability of marine ecosystem is the most important influencing, followed by the organizational structure of marine ecosystem.
