|Title:||Reactions of allyl bromide with β-diketonato carbonyl complexes of rhodium(I)|
|Abstract:||From the interactions of allyl bromide with [Rh(CO)(βdk)(PPh3)2], [Rh(CO)(βdk)(EPh3)] (E =P, As) and [Rh(CO)2(βdk)](βdk) = β-diketonate) complexes of the type [Rh(βdk) (PPh3)2 (π-C3H5Br)], [Rh(CO)(βdk)(EPh3)] (π-C3H5Br) and [Rh(CO) (βdk) (π-C3H5Br))] have been obtained by the replacement of CO group by allyl bromide. In these complexes, the allyl bromide is π-bonded to the metal. All the complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, IR, electronic and 1H NMR data.|
