|Abstract:||New results on the non-equilibrium growth patterns of silver have been reported in a batch reactor using cells with different electrodic arrangements. Scanned picture of silver aggregate has been analysed and fractal dimension calculated bybox counting method. A transition from dendritic to a net like morphology is observed on addition of copper nitrate. Cathode potential changes with time have been monitored in batch and flow reactors and oscillations of small amplitude observed. Next area plots indicate that oscillations are periodic|
