Some novel facets of molecular and supramolecular systems

Abstract

This article surveys in brief the developments in the building up of supramolecules through noncovalent interactions between molecules and their various applications. The major topics included in the present review are : self-assembly and supra molecules; construction of supramolecules through noncovalent interactions; characterization of supramolecules; molecular recognition and sensors; supramolecular reactivity, catalysis and transport processes; photochemistry of supramolecules, and, drug design and supramolecules.
