Title: Ionospheric Drift Measurements on an Array of Six Aerials

Abstract: Fading records have been obtained using an array of six receiving aerials. Full correlation method of analysis has been applied to estimate the drift and anisotropy parameters of the diffraction pattern. A study of simultaneous observations by triangles of different sizes and orientations leads to the conclusion that on an average, the larger triangle gives Slightly higher values for the true drift speed and pattern size and slightly lower value for the random velocity. Also the major axis of the correlation ellipse exhibits a tendency for alignment along the largest side of the triangle.
