|Title:||Simultaneous Ionospheric Drift Measurements at Close Frequencies|
|Authors:||Janve, A V|
Rai, R K
|Abstract:||Measurements of the horizontal ionospheric drifts have been conducted by the well known closely-spaced receiver technique (Dl method) using two pairs of close frequencies 2·5, 2·8 MHz; and 2·8, 3·0 MHz at Udaipur (geomag, lat. 14'5°N). Fading of signals was recorded simultaneously at 2·5 and 2·8 MHz, and 2-8 and 3·0 MHz using the same set of the three receiving antennae and the three-way electronic switch but different receivers and recording system. The records were analyzed by the similar fade and the results are reported.|
