dc.description.abstractIn order to observe the extraterrestrial X-rays and γ-rays, a gamma-ray spectrometer is assembled and calibrated using a microcomputer-based multichannel analyzer. The crystal NaI (TI) is used as scintillation detector. Effects of HV supply and size of crystal detector on the resolution of the spectrometer are studied and presented.en_US
