Title: Anomalous Absorption by Water Vapour in the Microwave Region

Abstract: Experimental measurements of integrated water vapour and absorption using microwave radiometer at 22.235 Ghz at National physical laboratory, new Delhi, show higher estimation as compred to those obtained from simultaneous Radiosonde data and theoretical values. Similar results have been reported from different parts of the world showing higher Values with electromagnetic techniques. Analysis of these results suggests that theoretical values based upon monomer model are inadequate to explain the experimental results completely.
