| Abstract: | A microwave-assisted microassay has been developed for estimation of proteins, using bicinchoninic acid (BCA). The protocol described here is rapid with a reaction time of merely 95 sec, requires lesser amounts of BCA and other reagents, and tolerates larger or comparable concentration of various interfering substances. |
