Abstract: A series of pyrazolyl urea 3a-l and pyrazolyl sulphonamide 4a-l derivatives have been synthesized by the reaction of respective pyrazoline derivatives 2a-l with phenylisocyanate and p-acetamidobenzenesulphonylchloride respectively. All the synthesized compounds are characterized by IR, 1H NMR, mass spectral data, and elemental analysis. The compounds have been screened for their anti-inflammatory, analgesic, ulcerogenic and lipid peroxidation potential.
