Abstract: The effect of temperature, relative humidity and storage period on the urea-bisulphite solubility of Rambouillet, Rambouillet (50%) × Chokla (50%), Chokla and Malpura sheep wools has been studied. It is observed that the effect of storage period is significant and that of temperature and relative humidity is insignificant for most of the wools in greasy and scoured forms.
