Abstract: Series of six pyrazole oxadiazole derivatives have been prepared and characterized by, 1H and 13C NMR, and mass spectrometry. The newly synthesized compounds have been evaluated for their in vitro antifungal activity against fungal pathogenic strains using broth microdilution method. Active compounds have also been screened for MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) and MFC (minimum fungicidal concentrations). Among all the tested compounds, compound 6a is the most promising antifungal agent.
