Abstract: Solar cells are aggregated in series and parallel combination into an array to produce desired voltage and power levels. In the present study, a new method has been investigated to study the electrical parameters of solar cell. Both the photocurrent density and photovoltage have been derived from continuity equation. The effects of both applied magnetic field and doping density on these electrical parameters have been studied.
