| Abstract: | A series of 4-substituted–imino-methyltetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline derivatives reported have been synthesized by condensation of 4-formyl-8-methyltetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline with appropriate aromatic amine by refluxing in dioxane. All the compounds have been characterized by IR, ¹H NMR and mass spectroscopy and have been evaluated for their anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activities. |
