Abstract: Explains the need for Extrapolation, by Octave Device, of isolates thrown forth by the Universe of Knowledge. Studies the incidence of Open and Closed Arrays in different array orders in CC ed. 6, DC ed. 13, and DC ed. 16. Only 4 percent of the arrays in CC are closed. 22 percent are closed in DC ed. 13 and 26 percent in ed. 16. In DC ed. 16 the percentage of closed arrays shows an erratic fluctuation. The use of Octave Device in DC ed.17 is suggested.
