Abstract: The study analyses the citations contained in volumes 25-29; 1975-79 of Phytomorphology. Attempts to identify the principal bibliographical forms; frequently cited journals, their productivity, geographical distribution, obsolescence and scattering of research literature used by Phytomorphologists. Points out that these data are useful for librarians in the selection and acquisition of documents in academic and research libraries to meet the present day needs of scientists.
