Abstract: Josephson Voltage Standard is the primary standard of voltage that is used to calibrate the secondary / reference standard of voltage to maintain the traceability. In the present paper, we discuss in brief about the Josephson series array voltage standard and its use in the calibration of reference standard of voltage. Furthermore, we discuss their sources of uncertainty in measurements, uncertainty budget and their evaluation based on the ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines.
