Abstract: The present study is concerned with flow of an incompressible electrically conducting viscous fluid past a steady moving semi-infinite vertical porous plate under the action of uniform transverse magnetic field taking into account the induced magnetic field and constant heat flux. The analytical solutions for velocity field, temperature distribution, induced magnetic field, current density, concentration field and the express ions for shear stress and rate of heat transfer are obtained and discussed in detail.
