| Abstract: | Unani physicians have described different methods to treat diseases including pharmacotherapy, dietotherapy and regimental therapy. Cupping is one of the oldest and frequently practiced regimental therapies, which is indicated in various diseases, e.g. arthritis, migraine, asthma, headache, hemorrhoids, etc. alone or in combination with other therapies. The paper discusses the method and indications of the cupping therapy mentioned in Unani System of Medicine. |
