Abstract: Crystallization of microporous nickel phosphate framework has been investigated under microwave-hydrothermal conditions. The effect of crystallization temperature, nature of base and pH has been investigated. The prepared samples have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements. The effect of synthesis parameters is discussed in the light of characterization results.
