|Title:||Modernization of Intellectual Property Legislation and Administration in the Context of the TRIPS Agreement *|
|Abstract:||This paper considers some options and alternatives for modernization of national intellectual property legislation and administration in a TRIPS context. The perspective is primarily a Canadian one, based on the experiences of the author in the implementation of both the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which preceded the TRIPS Agreement, and the TRIPS Agreement itself.|
