Abstract: The present study involves the synthesis of fluoren-9-ylidene 5a-e and isoindolin-1,3-dione derivatives 5f-j appended to 1,2,4-triazolin-2-one under solvent and neat conditions. The title compounds have been evaluated for the extent of cell penetration through biological membranes (clogP) and drug score has been calculated and further screened for DNA cleavage and antioxidant activities.
