Abstract: Complexes of Cr(III), Mn(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) with a 14- and 16- membered macrocyclic ligands have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, magnetic moment, infrared , electronic and EPR spectral studies. All the complexes are found to have six-coordinate geometry and are of the high-spin type.
