dc.description.abstractEleven mono ring substituted arylammonium chlorides (RSACI) have been prepared and characterised. The thermal decomposition of RSACI has been investigated using TG and DSC techniques. Kinetic parameters have been evaluated using nine mechanism based kinetic models. The decomposition pathways for these salts have been proposed. It has been observed that simultaneous sublimation/decomposition processes are involved during the thermolysis of RSACI.en_US
