Abstract: Complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) with Schiff bases derived from condensation of cinnamaldehyde and 4-amino-3-ethyl-5- mercapto-s-triazole and 4-amino-5- mercapto-3-n-propyl-s-triazole  have been prepared. These complexes have been characterized on the basis of elemental analyses and IR , NMR, electronic spectral data, magnetic and thermal studies.
