Abstract: New carbamic acid ester derivatives containing 1,2,3-triazole nucleus have been synthesized and their antimicrobial, insecticidal and anthelmintic activity investigated. 6-(4-(4-Methyl-1H-5-carbonyl azide-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenyl amino)phenyl-N2-N4-bis(-methoxy phenyl)-1,3,5-triazin-2, 4-diamine has been used as a precursor to synthesize some new alkyl/aryl 6-(4-(4-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenylamino)phenyl-N2,N4–bis(4-methoxyphenyl)- 1,3,5-triazin-2,4-diamine carbamic acid ester derivatives. The compounds have been screened for their antibacterial efficacy against B. subtilis, E. coli, K. pneumonie and S. aureus and for their antifungal efficacy against A. flavus, A. niger, F. oxysporum and Trichoderma viridae. Insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana and anthelmintic activity against Pheretima posthuma (Indian adult earthworm) have been studied.
