Abstract: <span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family: " times="" new="" roman";mso-fareast-font-family:"times="" roman";mso-ansi-language:="" en-gb;mso-fareast-language:en-us;mso-bidi-language:ar-sa"="" lang="EN-GB">New carbamic acid ester derivatives containing 1,2,3-triazole nucleus have been synthesized and their antimicrobial, insecticidal and anthelmintic activity investigated. 6-(4-(4-Methyl-1<i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">H</i>-5-carbonyl azide-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenyl amino)phenyl-N<sup>2</sup>-N<sup>4</sup>-bis(-methoxy phenyl)-1,3,5-triazin-2, 4-diamine has been used as a precursor to synthesize some new alkyl/aryl 6-(4-(4-methyl-1<i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">H</i>-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenylamino)phenyl-N<sup>2</sup>,N<sup>4</sup>–bis(4-methoxyphenyl)- 1,3,5-triazin-2,4-diamine carbamic acid ester derivatives. The compounds have been screened for their antibacterial efficacy against <i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">B. subtilis, E. coli, K. pneumonie</i> and <i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">S. aureus</i> and for their antifungal efficacy against <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">A. flavus, A. niger, F. oxysporum </i>and <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Trichoderma viridae</i>. Insecticidal activity against <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Periplaneta americana</i> and anthelmintic activity against <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Pheretima posthuma</i> (Indian adult earthworm) have been studied.</span>
