| Abstract: | This is a strange story narrated by my nephew. He was born and brought up in Singapore and was living with his
parents and siblings in Sembawang, close to the erstwhile British Naval base. It was around 13 miles from the other end of Singapore Island and close to the causeway to Johore in Malaya. His father, my brother-in-law, always had a
preference for rural life and Sembawang was just a big village located near a British Naval base. |
