| Abstract: | 2–Mercaptobenzimidazole(MBI) derivatives having substituent at either nitrogen or sulphur of a thioamide ring exhibit
biological activity. MBI derivatives were synthesized in moderate to high yields in a short time to give pure required products
by using solid support such as silica gel / neutral alumina / fly ash under microwave assisted solventless conditions. |
