Abstract: A series of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated for antimicrobial, antitubercular and anti-inflammatory activities. The newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR and CHN analysis. All the compounds have shown promising antimicrobial, antitubercular and anti-inflammatory activities when compared with standard drug Norfloxacin, Griseofulvin, Streptomycin and Diclofenac sodium respectively.
