the list of number of

USPTO,
the United States
Patents
and Trademark
Office
and our performance
is
poorer than the other
BRIC
countries. However,
the
innovation efficiency in
the
country is high. “There
is
also a blooming creative
industry
in India that can
be
a formidable driver of
innovation
in the creative
industries,”
said Dr Sam
Pitroda
at the ‘Decade of
Innovation:
India @Year 1’
conference
held in New
Delhi
on the 16th and 17th
of November 2011.
